Erw Fair, pronounced Air-oo Vire, is an 18th Century former slate managers home. The name means Mary’s Acre.

Jane acquired the Erw Fair in June 2017 and has started changing things to make them just right, new net curtins, hang wardrope doors the right way up, remove the extra paint that seems to cover everything. She has big ideas on improvements that her poor suffering husband is expected to implement. Both Trevor and Jane have always loved Wales, Trevor for the mountains, Jane for the memories it brings back from the long summer holidays spent with her grandmother a few miles from Penygroes. Ossian their grandson has settled in and loves it too, as does Megan his siamese cat.

We are centrally located on the High Street of Llanberis with private parking facilities for up to 7 cars and a secure area for motor bikes and bicycles.

The establishment is completely non smoking.
A sun lounge with maps and guides for reference is open all day for you to relax in and enjoy a cup of tea upon arrival.
All rooms offer tea and coffee making facilities, colour tv and hairdryers.
The dining room is available for consumption of take-aways, tea and coffee will be provided.

Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9 or earlier by arrangement.
