The property is located three miles from the smallest city in Britain, St Davids on the A487 towards Fishguard. Within a three mile radius there are many things to see and do. Fishing and boat trips leave daily from the harbours visiting the RSPB islands. With great scenery and country roads Pembrokeshire is increasingly regarded as a hot spot for cyclists; bring your own bike or bikes are also available for hire nearby at St Davids.
The living-room is spacious with comfortable seating for six people, a dining area and patio doors leading out to the well maintained garden. The fully fitted kitchen also has a kitchen table where six can be seated comfortably and leads to the utility room, the back door and the back garden. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and is situated on the ground floor. The second is a twin bedroom also situated on the ground floor and a bathroom with a bath next door which could be used as the 'family' bathroom. The third bedroom is on the first floor and also has twin beds and a bathroom with shower next door and could be classed as private as it is the only room being used upstairs. Bedding is supplied but not towels.
The driveway provides ample parking for three cars and there is a storage shed alongside the garage where bikes, wetsuits, surfboards etc can be stored and where there will be some beach equipment kept should you wish to use it. The two back gardens are well maintained with plenty of space for the children to have fun and games and the adults to sit and relax.
