Carholme Guest House dates back to the Edwardian period, it has been carefully renovated and decorated to keep many of its original features whilst ensuring you of a comfortable and relaxing stay.
We are a family owned and run establishment and we pride ourselves on our cleanliness and customer service. Carholme Guest House is a stylish town house with five individually designed and decorated rooms. All rooms are en-suite or have a private shower room and the room sizes vary across the range.

Please note that check-in times are from 3:30pm until 8:00pm on your day of arrival. Please advise when booking if you need to arrange a later time to check in. You are requested to vacate your rooms by 10am on the day of departure. This time gap is essential for the smooth running of the guest house.
All rooms come equipped with a colour TV, tea and coffee trays and radio alarm clocks. Hair dryers are available upon request. We can provide a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge.

By Car: Carholme Guest House is located in Lincoln's West End on the A57 and sits to the south-west of Lincoln's majestic Cathedral. The Guest House is easily accessible from all directions as it is within one mile of Lincoln's A46 bypass, twenty minute's drive from the A1 and fifty minutes from Humberside Airport.

We have five free parking permits available or two secure undercover parking spaces, by prior arrangement only. Classic car and bike enthusiasts are welcome.
We have a large, comfortable TV lounge for you to relax in, if you fancy a change of scenery from your room, or for meeting up with other guests.

Extra Info
A £10 per room per night deposit will be payable when booking your room. We accept major credit and debit cards. Credit cards will be subject to a 3% booking fee. Debit cards and other methods of payment are free from any charge. We also accept cash payments and cheques (when accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card).
Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is given more than 48 hours prior to check-in time (3:30pm) on your expected day of arrival. We reserve the right to charge the full amount for a booking if the room is not cancelled on time and the room cannot be re-booked.
Any details you disclose to us will be used solely for your reservation and will not be given or sold to any other business or individual
Leisure
Carholme Guest House is blessed with excellent surroundings and features, both locally and county-wide. There is something to do for everyone, with any interests. For example, the golf course for some relaxation, to the marina with its numerous restaurants, bars and clubs, and from the Roman City Centre and Castle, to RAF Scampton, the home of the Red Arrows. There's also The Collection - at The Usher Gallery and a number of other galleries nearby.

Food & Drink
Breakfast is served in our comfortable dining room and runs from 7am until 8:30am from Monday to Friday and from 8am until 9am on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
We serve a choice of Full English Breakfast with locally made Lincolnshire sausages, free-range eggs and all the trimmings. For those who prefer something smaller, a selection of light bites and toasted products are available.
Vegetarians and those with special diets can be catered for, so please advise when making your booking.
