Back to Frampton, Tanhouse Farm was a Working Farm milking 95 cows, growing 40 acres of corn with a small number of beef cattle. Having always had a fascination for trees it was decided to put the farm into forestry. In the autumn/winter of 1998/99 Nebrow Hill Oak Wood was created, 110,000 trees were planted mainly hardwoods: oak, ash, walnut, sycamore etc. A gravel track gives good access to walk or cycle through this peaceful part of the Severn Vale.
