Little Thatch is a picturesque thatched house with a beautiful garden overlooking peaceful fields in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. The house has 2 twin bedded guest rooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, both with delightful views across rolling hills. Little Thatch is situated in a small village and is surrounded by Salisbury Plain, with easy access to Salisbury, Bath, Winchester, Devizes, Hungerford, Stonehenge and Amesbury. Fishing can be arranged on the river Avon.

From Little Thatch you can walk across the fields to the Charlton Cat - there are lots of pubs within easy driving distance and just up the road is the picturesque village of Pewsey

Salisbury has been a favourite destination with visitors for the past 800 years or more, with first class visitor attractions, theatres, events, shopping, eating and drinking. There is an abundance of historical buildings peppered throughout the city to explore - including the majestic sight that is Salisbury Cathedral, together with modern high street shops that are mixed with specialist retail outlets with something for everyone.

Less than a half-hour drive finds you wandering amongst the ancient stones of Avebury and Stonehenge, wondering why Bronze Age man spent what has been estimated at millions of manhours constructing such temples. Another local phenomenon close by are the crop circles. Much more down-to-earth are Georgian Bath and the handsome town of Marlborough with its Georgian buildings and little alleys of old timbered cottages.
