Meet the team
Tony Lucas - Managing Director
one of the original founders of the Company back in 1999, Tony has spent
many years working in the Hotel and Leisure sector as a Programmer, system analyst,
I.T. Consultant and freelance project manager. He has worked with many of the
major chains around the World. He is responsible for the Operational and financial
aspects of the Company. Much of the site design and development strategy falls in
his remit. Kept in the dark about most things that go on from day to day, he is happy to talk
to accountants, developers and total strangers.
Ben Love - Technical Director
Ben's background is in web development and design. Ben was the Managing Director
of the Internet Consultancy firm
Swift Web Solutions Ltd before joining Reserve IT as Technical Director.
Ben's responsibilities within Reserve IT Limited include managing the development
and maintenance of the range of websites, implementing the daft ideas the other
team members have (especially Tony) .... and Ben also makes the tea!
Matthew Falconer- Product Development
Leading our I.T. and infrastructure team, Matthew has designed and hosted many first
class web sites for a wide range of industries. Matthew's team is responsible for
our advanced search engines, automated website development packages, Advanced map
location systems, data and the research and development of the next generation of
products. Matthew has a background in product development in the financial services
industry and Project Management with the Hotel sector. An all round clever clogs, we only speak to him when we he is buying the drinks.
Jane Aaron - Administration Manager
Jane does the all real work. She handles all the billing, does quality control on
all brochures as they are produced and before they are billed. She handles a lot
of customer enquiries, requests for changes and additions, complaints (we get some)
and monthly reporting to the Board. She never gets depressed about anything and
is always polite and charming (well nearly always) and brings a touch of Wales to
the team.
Mike Chambers - VP for Business Development
One of the original founders of the Company, Mike has responsibility for business
and partnership development and for the franchising of the Search Engine software
model in the international arena. His roles include seeking to broaden the scope
of the product users through the creation of joint-venture projects with innovative
technology companies and international tourist agencies. Mike is a scot and advises
on all things to do with Scotland (sometimes not repeatable but we don't understand
half of what he says anyway).
