Modern bungalow set on Boa Island beside Lusty Beg Island and in Fermanagh Lakeland, an area of scenic beauty. This is our holiday home and has a 4 star rating from the Northern Ireland Tourist Board. All bedrooms are en suite, and the house sleeps 10. The large kitchen is set to accommodate up to 10 guests.
We have been letting our lovely holiday home to guests for several years. The house is on Boa Island which is set between Kesh and Belleek in County Fermanagh. Lusty Beg Island is within walking distance from our home. It has a large restaurant and bar and is situated on an island and has lovely views of Lough Erne.

front and because it can sleep 10 guests comfortably and 10 guests
can be accommodated in the kitchen it is a wonderful house for
families or entertaining.
All bedrooms are en suite. We have four bedrooms which can sleep 10: two rooms with a double bed in each and two rooms with three single beds in each. We also have a cot in the master bedroom. There is one large sitting room with TV, DVD, Video Recorder, and we also have a smaller sitting room together with the fully equipped kitchen is spacious and combines a dining area, seating up to 10 people. It has dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Ironing facilities are also available.
