Tall Trees is a 250 year old Grade II listed forge and stable in one acre garden adjoining National Trust open countryside, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and only 15 minutes easy walk to the beach. The old stable is now the dining/breakfast room with oak floor, beams and ceiling panelling, furnished with hand made oak furniture, and overlooking the lawned garden. Glamping is also available in our Purbeck stone barn.
A stile to National Trust land leads from the garden to the Southwest Coast Path footpath, Ballard Down and Old Harry Rocks, and - for the thirsty and hungry - the Banks Arms at Studland with miles of golden beaches. Car collection service available (extra) - ideal for walkers.
The tack room is now the bedroom with oak floor, beams and ceiling panelling and oak 4 poster bed with the latest technology king size mattress. Recessed halogen lights complete the warm and luxury feel. The bedroom has tea/coffee making facilities, hair drier, fridge, security box, alcove dressing table, TV/DVD, DAB radio, cutting-edge en-suite shower room, basin and WC and - a view of the sea!
A full 3 course English breakfast is provided with vegetarian and special diets on request. Packed lunch (extra) on request day before.

By Car: From Swange go north along the promenade towards Studland (Ulwell Road). Leave the seafront and after 1 mile turn right at 40mph sign up a small track. From the ferry, pass through Studland, Tall Trees is 400m on the left past 'Welcome to Swanage' sign.
By Bus: Regular Wilts & Dorset service bus to Swanage outside railway station. Ask driver for 'Mill Cottages, Swanage' and bus stop is outside 'Tall Trees' B&B.
By Train: Mainline services to Bournemouth from London Waterloo, Reading, Southampton.
By Plane: From London Gatwick, Luton, Stanstead, get link to London Waterloo. From Southampton & Bristol get rail link to Bournemouth. From Bournemouth get bus link to Bournemouth railway station.
