Fernbank House is an impressive Victorian Guest House situated in the popular Highland Perthshire village of Aberfeldy. Once owned by the Earl of Breadalbane it was built in the late 19th century.  We offer a warm welcome with a high standard of service and comfort. The guest house bedrooms offer spacious and comfortable accommodation with a wealth of Victorian features. Treat yourself to a luxury manicure and pedicure - our treatment facilities also include reflexology and Indian head massage.

Fernbank Guest House is ideally situated for the beautiful river Tay, the Black Watch Monument, Putting Green, General Wades Bridge, the Aberfeldy Golf Course an 18 hole course straddling the river Tay, and the town centre. The Birks 'o' Aberfeldy, a short stroll away, was made famous by Robert Burns and well worth a visit. Aberfeldy in the Highlands of Scotland is perfectly placed for a variety of activities including pony trekking, kayaking, walking, cycling and white water rafting. It is only 10 miles from the A9 and within a couple of hour's drive of both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

All four bedrooms boast modern en-suite facilities and have television, hospitality trays, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Family accommodation available. An iron and ironing board are available.

All prices include a full Scottish breakfast using locally sourced produce where possible. We are happy to prepare a packed lunch for you to take out for the day. We cater for all speciality diets - wheat/gluten free, vegetarian etc . Please advise when making your booking. Drying facilities and secure storage for golf clubs, bikes, kayaks etc. are provided. Free WiFi access now available. Manicures and pedicures are available to book in advance or on arrival at Fernbank House.  Discounts available to our guests.For a £20.00 supplement on standard rates, have fresh flowers and chocolates in your room on arrival.

By Car:

From Edinburgh: cross the Forth Road Bridge, follow the M90 north, and at Perth start to follow the A9 towards Inverness. At the Ballinluig junction take the A827 and follow signs to Aberfeldy.

From Glasgow : travel north following the M80, A80, M80 again the M9 and finally the A9 to carry you to Perth (don't worry, despite the road's frequent name changes, no turn-offs are necessary). Thereafter, follow the A9 towards Inverness . At Ballinluig junction take the A827 and follow signs to Aberfeldy.

From Inverness : Follow A9 south, take the turn off for Aberfeldy at the Ballinluig junction. Thereafter, follow signs to Aberfeldy.
